General Agreement

By using this website or booking services with Garrison Party Rentals, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking Requirements

  • A deposit may be required to reserve event dates.

  • Final balances must be paid before or on the event date unless otherwise agreed.

  • All rental items remain the property of Garrison Party Rentals.

Rental Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring rental items are protected from damage

  • Providing safe setup and pickup access

  • Returning items in reasonable condition

Damaged or Missing Items

Customers may be charged for damaged, stained, lost, or stolen items.

Delivery & Setup

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather, traffic, or event scheduling.

Website Content

All website content, logos, images, and branding are the property of Garrison Party Rentals and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Garrison Party Rentals is not responsible for:

  • Weather-related interruptions

  • Venue restrictions

  • Injuries resulting from misuse of equipment

  • Delays caused by circumstances outside our control

Rental Agreement

Rental Terms

By reserving rental equipment from Garrison Party Rentals, the customer agrees to the following:

Payment Terms

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Remaining balances must be paid before event setup.

Equipment Care

Customers agree to:

  • Use equipment properly

  • Protect equipment from weather damage

  • Prevent theft or misuse

Damages

The customer accepts financial responsibility for:

  • Broken equipment

  • Excessive stains

  • Missing inventory

  • Water or weather damage caused by negligence

Setup Area Requirements

Customers must ensure:

  • Setup area is clean and accessible

  • Adequate space is available

  • Ground conditions are safe for setup

Pickup Conditions

Rental items should be:

  • Cleared of personal belongings

  • Free of excessive food or trash

  • Accessible for pickup at agreed times

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits

Deposits are used to secure event dates and inventory.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may qualify for partial credit or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may forfeit deposits.

Weather Policy

Outdoor events affected by severe weather may be rescheduled based on availability.

No-Show Policy

Failure to communicate or allow delivery/setup may result in forfeiture of payments.

Refunds

Refunds are issued at the discretion of Garrison Party Rentals for qualifying circumstances.

Setup includes placement of agreed rental items in designated event areas.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Ensure clear access to event location

  • Provide accurate delivery information

  • Ensure someone is present during delivery when required

Pickup Services

Pickup times will be coordinated in advance. Additional fees may apply for delayed pickups or inaccessible equipment.
